2016 Federal Procurement Fair for Small Business Owners
Congressman Steve Cohen's Federal Procurement Fair
I will be holding my annual Federal Procurement Fair on Monday, November 7th from 9:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the FedEx Institute of Technology at University of Memphis. During this time, your business will learn about doing business with the federal government as well as network with other businesses.
Become your own best advocate for government contracting by discovering resources available to help you gain a competitive edge in this lucrative but competitive market. Memphis small business owners will have an opportunity to learn about the federal government contracting process. If you are new to the federal contracting process and want to know the basics on how to do business with the federal government, this fair will add clarity to the process. Vendors who are ready to apply for government contracts will be given the opportunity to meet one-on-one with procurement officials who will share specific information about their procurement needs.
