Cohen Speaks at Congressional Hearing on Racial Profiling

Congressman Steve Cohen today spoke at a hearing held by the House Judiciary Subcommittee on the Constitution, Civil Rights and Civil Liberties. The hearing was on Racial Profiling and the Use of Suspect Classification in Law Enforcement Policy.
