Congressman Cohen Appears on Hardball to Discuss Slavery Reparations

Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-9) appears with Rep. Jim Clyburn (D-SC), the House Majority Whip, to discuss slavery reparations on Hardball with Chris Matthews in the wake of the U.S Senate's historic vote to apologize for slavery. Congressman Cohen is the author of the House resolution that apologized for slavery that passed in 2008.
