Congressman Cohen Celebrates the Return to the Rule of Law

Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-09) celebrates the inauguration of the 44th President of the United States: Barack Obama. He also encourages the Congress to set up an independent commission to investigate the Bush Administration's actions which may have violated the law.
