Congressman Steve Cohen questions recently appointed Attorney General Michael Mukasey during a Judiciary Hearing on February 6, 2008. Congressman Cohen pressed the new Attorney General on whether he would enforce contempt citations against senior White House officials should the House of Representatives vote for such a measure.
