Congressman Cohen Speaks on the Tragic Shootings in Memphis

Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-09) speaks on the Floor of the U.S. House of Representatives on Tuesday, March 4, about the tragic shootings that occurred over the weekend in Memphis, TN. Four adults and two children were shot or stabbed in the Binghamton community.
