Congressman Cohen Supports Funding for LeMoyne-Owen College

Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-09) spoke on the Floor of the U.S. House of Representatives in support of an amendment offered by Congressman Jim Cooper (TN-05) which would increase funding to Historically Black Colleges and Universities. Congressman Cohen talked about the special importance of LeMoyne-Owen College to the people of the Ninth District, and the need to ensure its financial security for future generations.
