Congressman Steve Cohen spoke on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives in support of a veto override to the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) bill.

Congressman Steve Cohen spoke on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives in support of a veto override to the Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) bill.

Congressman Cohen voiced his support for reauthorization of the Children’s Health Insurance Program and the need to cover 10 million low-income children. He also emphasized that spending on the war in Iraq is taking away from funding for CHIP.
