Floor Debate on Cohen-Issa Libel Tourism Bill

Congressmen Steve Cohen (TN-09) and Ted Poe (TX-02) speak in favor of H.R. 6146, the Cohen-Issa libel tourism bill, which will amend U.S. code to prohibit recognition and enforcement of foreign defamation judgments in U.S. Courts that do not comport with our First Amendment protections. This includes the entire floor debate and subsequent passage on suspension of the rules.
