Congressman Cohen Announces $50,000 Grant to Tipton County

MEMPHIS – Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-9) today announced that the Tipton County government’s “Drug Free Tipton” initiative will receive a $50,000 grant from the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy’s Comprehensive Addiction and Recovery Act (CARA) Local Drug Crises Program.

Congressman Cohen made the following statement:

“I am pleased to see these federal dollars invested in ‘Drug Free Tipton’ to help those in need. This funding can potentially save lives.”
