Congressman Cohen Announces Cancer Research Grant to St. Jude

WASHINGTON – Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-09) today announced that St. Jude Children's Research Hospital will receive a $410,606 grant from the National Cancer Institute for research on the biology of cancer.

Congressman Cohen made the following statement:

"I'm pleased St. Jude will receive this significant research funding, which will keep its scientists in their labs working on breakthroughs to improve the lives and health outcomes of children. Scientists in Memphis are at the cutting edge of this research, and I am confident their work will bring us closer to finding cures to childhood cancer."
