Congressman Cohen Announces Infant Caregiver Education Grant to St. Jude

WASHINGTON – Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-9) today announced that St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital will receive a grant of $251,912 from the National Cancer Institute for caregiver education with interactive neurodevelopmental games for infants undergoing treatment for medulloblastomas.

Congressman Cohen made the following statement:

“Infants need the diversion and attention that hands-on caregiving can provide. I am pleased the NIH is underwriting this innovative St. Jude strategy for helping children learn as they undergo needed treatment and therapies.”
