Congressman Cohen Announces National Science Foundation Grant to the University of Memphis

WASHINGTON – Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-09) today announced that the University of Memphis will receive a $174,789 grant from the National Science Foundation supporting a project entitled "CRII: III: Towards Effective and Efficient City-scale Traffic Reconstruction." The project is under the direction of Assistant Professor of Computer Science Weizi Li, Ph.D.
Congressman Cohen made the following statement:
"This important research will aid in more efficient traffic flows both locally and nationwide. I congratulate the University and Dr. Li for being awarded this prestigious National Science Foundation grant."
