Congressman Cohen Announces National Science Foundation Grant to LeMoyne-Owen College

WASHINGTON – Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-09), a member of the Science, Space and Technology Committee, today announced that LeMoyne-Owen College will receive a grant of $399,579 from the National Science Foundation for research entitled "Target Infusion Project: Overcoming the Mathematical Barrier."

Congressman Cohen made the following statement:

"This grant funding from the National Science Foundation will help overcome barriers to mathematics and help advance learning in our STEM disciplines where so many of our current and future jobs will be found. I congratulate LeMoyne-Owen on this recognition."
