Congressman Cohen Announces Two Major National Institutes of Health Grants
MEMPHIS – Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-09) today announced two significant National Institutes of Health grants. St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital will receive $359,000 from the National Institute of General Medical Services for research on chromatin. The University of Tennessee Health Science Center will receive $394,213 from the National Institute of Diabetes and Digestive and Kidney Diseases for a diabetes prevention program outcomes study.
