Congressman Cohen Remembers Criminal Court Judge Arthur T. Bennett

WASHINGTON—Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-9) today noted the passing of Shelby County Criminal Court Judge Arthur T. Bennett and made the following statement:

“We all mourn Judge Bennett’s passing. He was an outstanding judge. His court was always courteous to both sides and ruled quickly and properly on motions. He was a gentleman at all times and there’s not a finer criminal court judge I ever knew.”
