Congressman Cohen Remembers Michigan Congressman Paul Mitchell

MEMPHIS – Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-09), who served on Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure with former Congressman Paul Mitchell, a Michigan Republican, today expressed sadness at his passing on Sunday, and made the following statement:

"Paul Mitchell was a man of character and independence with a matter-of-fact style. We served together on the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee and often talked on the House floor. Paul could see through the political fog and pinpoint the truth. He led a good life and will be missed."
