Congressman Cohen Remembers Pharmacist Dr. Charles Champion

MEMPHIS – Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-09) learned of the passing of revered Whitehaven pharmacist Dr. Charles Champion at the age of 92, and made the following statement:
“Dr. Charles Champion was highly respected not just for his skills with prescription medicines, but also with herbal remedies. Dr. Champion was a proponent of the use of herbs for pain relief and better health and continued working from his pharmacy on Elvis Presley Boulevard to the end. Dr. Champion was a legendary figure in our community, showing care and appreciation for all of his clients and customers. He led a good life and will be missed.”
