Congressman Cohen Remembers Walter Jones

WASHINGTON – Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-09) noted the passing of 13-term North Carolina Congressman Walter B. Jones Jr. on Sunday, and made the following statement:

"Representative Walter Jones was a man of principle, determination and morality. He marched to the beat of a drum less followed. Fair winds and following seas, my friend. I extend my deepest sympathies to his wife Joe Anne and daughter Ashley, his extended family and his many friends."
