Cohen Announces More Than $490K in New Federal Funds for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital

“St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is known across the country for its outstanding pediatric treatment and research,” said Congressman Cohen. “These federal funds will go a long way toward helping children with cancer and other diseases.”
The Memphis hospital will receive two federal grants from HHS. The first grant – worth $214,374 – will be used for long-term treatment related to central nervous system injuries in survivors of childhood cancer. The second grant – worth $280,001 – will be used for allergy, immunology and transplantation research.
