Cohen Urges 9th District Residents to Complete and Submit Census Forms Today
“Now is the time to be counted,” said Congressman Cohen. "The form takes just a few minutes to fill out and all answers are confidential. Completing and returning the form is a simple yet important step towards guaranteeing that Memphis receives its fair share of federal funds for our schools, roads and the MED. Submitting Census forms will go a long way toward helping our community.”
If someone has never received a 2010 Census form or has lost it, please call 1-866-872-6868 to complete the questionnaire over the phone. Memphis currently has a 58 percent participation rate which is less than the national average. Residents should also participate because this Census data will determine the number of seats in the House of Representatives.
