Statement of Congressman Cohen Regarding Death of Memphis Police Officer Terence Olridge

[WASHINGTON, DC] –Congressman Steve Cohen released the following statement this morning regarding the death of Memphis Police Officer Terence Olridge.
“Like all Memphians, my thoughts and prayers today are with Officer Olridge’s family and his fellow officers,” said Congressman Cohen. “It is both shocking and sad to lose another Memphis Police officer.”
Officer Olridge’s death comes just over 2 months after the death of Memphis Officer Sean Bolton who was shot in the line of duty. Officer Olridge had been with the Memphis Police Department for more than a year.
