Today, members of the influential House Committee on the Judiciary voted Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-09) as the new Chairman of the important Subcommittee on Commercial and Administrative Law. In his second term representing Tennessee’s 9th District, Congressman Cohen replaces Congresswoman Linda Sanchez (CA-39) as Chairman for the subcommittee with jurisdiction over, among other issues, bankruptcy law.
