[MEMPHIS, TN] – Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-09) today highlighted the progress made combatting homelessness in the Memphis area, which has now declined for each of the last two years. The Congressman made his remarks at a news conference with Mayor A C Wharton, Community Alliance for the Homeless Executive Director Katie Kitchin and several other local officials.
