The bi-partisan, bi-cameral bill harmonizes the statute of limitations for sex abuse victims and sex trafficking victim minors to 28, rather than the current age of 21. H.R. 6036 is the House version of a bill introduced by Senators Dianne Feinstein (D-CA) and John Cornyn (R-TX) in the U.S. Senate.
