[Washington, D.C.] – Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-09) joined 265 of his Democratic and Republican colleagues in voting for H.R. 1314, the bipartisan budget package, to help avert a fiscal crisis, boost spending caps, protect seniors, and raise the debt ceiling.
[WASHINGTON, DC] – Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-09) today announced that Memphis International Airport will receive $1,383,415 in federal funding from the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT). This funding comes through DOT’s Voluntary Airport Low-Emissions (VALE) program, which is designed to reduce airport emissions and improve the air quality in and around the airport, and will be used to install newer, more efficient air conditioning units in three jet bridges.

FedEx collaborated with CharlatteAmerica, Plug Power Inc. and the U.S. Department of Energy to create 15 hydrogen fuel cell-powered Charlatte GSE cargo tractors and a Plug Power Inc. hydrogen fueling station.
