The Subcommittee on Crime, Terrorism, and Homeland Security of the House Judiciary Committee held the hearing per a request from Congressmen Cohen, Robert “Bobby” Scott (D-VA), Bennie Thompson (D-MS), and Scott Rigell (R-VA).
