WASHINGTON – Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-09) today noted that the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) Office of Inspector General (OIG) has announced it is reviewing its own efforts in addressing conditions at the Peppertree Apartments in Memphis after longstanding complaints, and made the following statement:
