WASHINGTON – Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-09) today announced that St. Jude Children's Research Hospital will receive a $416,325 grant from the National Cancer Institute (NCI) to conduct research entitled "The Role of Immature Tumor Subpopulations in Pediatric Rhabdomyosarcoma." This is the third NCI grant to St. Jude Congressman Cohen has announced this week.

WASHINGTON – Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-09) today announced that the University of Memphis will receive a $174,789 grant from the National Science Foundation supporting a project entitled "CRII: III: Towards Effective and Efficient City-scale Traffic Reconstruction." The project is under the direction of Assistant Professor of Computer Science Weizi Li, Ph.D.

WASHINGTON – Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-09) today introduced the Keeping Evictions off Credit Reports Act. This bill would prevent evictions related to the COVID-19 pandemic from appearing on credit reports, which would negatively affect a person's future access to credit or housing.

WASHINGTON – Representatives Steve Cohen (TN-09) and Nanette Diaz Barragán (CA-44) today led a letter to the leaders of the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee and its Subcommittee on Water Resources and Environment urging them to include various environmental justice provisions in the upcoming 2022 Water Resources Development Act (WRDA).
