[WASHINGTON, DC] – Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-09) today sent a letter to U.S. Attorney General Loretta Lynch requesting that the U.S. Department of Justice look into reports of computer glitches at the Shelby County Jail and courts in Tennessee that have caused individuals who have posted bail to remain stuck in jail.
