MEMPHIS – Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-09) today announced that the Sickle Cell Foundation of Tennessee, headquartered in Memphis, will receive a grant of $184,000 for its newborn screening program from the Department of Health and Human Services.

MEMPHIS – Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-09) today announced that the Orion Federal Credit Union, a non-profit community development financial institution (CDFI), will receive $105 million from the U.S. Treasury Department’s Emergency Capital Investment Program.
