MEMPHIS, TN – Congressman Steve Cohen today announced that the United States Postal Service (USPS) has unveiled a commemorative Forever Stamp honoring legendary entertainer Danny Thomas, the founder of renowned St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. The unveiling took place at a star-studded gala in Los Angeles this past weekend to celebrate Thomas’ 100th birthday and St. Jude’s 50th anniversary. Congressman Cohen has written several letters asking the USPS to designate a commemorative stamp for Danny Thomas.
