WASHINGTON – Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-09) today announced the Shelby County Board of Education will receive a $1 million grant from the Department of Justice’s Office of Juvenile Justice Delinquency Prevention to enhance the capacity of schools to address youth violence.

The credit union will also receive $213,497 from Treasury’s CDFI Fund Small Dollar Loan Program.
