MEMPHIS – Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-09), Co-Chairman of the Commission on Security and Cooperation in Europe, also known as the Helsinki Commission, has introduced a resolution condemning Russian actions in Ukraine as a genocide under applicable international laws.

MEMPHIS – Congressman Steve Cohen (TN-09), a senior member of the Judiciary Committee, today voted on compromise gun legislation after it passed the Senate with Republican support.
The vote on passage was 234 to 193.
